Abstract

This research was conducted at the Central Bureau of Statistics, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out how is the recruitment process for statistical partners at the Central Bureau of Statistics in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in the research is How the Recruitment Process of Statistical Partners at the Central Bureau of Statistics, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, namely the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations, amounting to 3 people, and for the District Statistics Coordinator using the saturated sampling technique, where all populations were sampled, amounting to 13 people. The data analysis used is descriptive quantitative and qualitative. Quantitative, namely analyzing the data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires, then processing them, and then the authors draw conclusions from the results of the data processing. Qualitative, namely analyzing data obtained from the results of interviews, then doing data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the questionnaire distribution show that the Recruitment of Statistical Partners at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Kuantan Singingi Regency which produces a total average value of 51 means that it is in the Good interval, but not always carried out openly, because the recruitment of officers is a gamble on the success of data collection activities in all lines, and is part of the recruiter's performance assessment, so recruiters tend to recruit partners who according to the recruiter can maintain trust and trust and cooperate in statistical activities at the Central Bureau of Statistics in Kuantan Singingi Regency.
