ANALISIS PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DESA DI DESA KOTO TALUK KECAMATAN KUANTAN TENGAH KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the mechanism of village financial management in Koto Taluk Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency and the constraints experienced in the financial management of Koto Taluk Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This study uses the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 20 of 2018 concerning Village Financial Management as a research reference. In the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 20 of 2018 concerning Village Financial Management there are village financial management mechanisms, namely planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study, research that describes a situation or research conducted to determine the value of an independent variable, either one or more variables without making comparisons, or the relationship between one variable with another variable. Data analysis technique used in this study is to describe the data with the results of the interview. The results of this study are expected to be the implementation of village government activities, especially in village financial management, which can be carried out as well as possible in accordance with existing regulations and provisions in order to create village financial management in accordance with community expectations
