ANALISI MOTIVASI KERJA APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA (ASN) DIKANTOR CAMAT INUMAN KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was conducted at the head office of Inuman, Kuantan Singi Regency. The purpose of this study is to analyze the work motivation of the state civil servants (ASN) at the inuman district head office in Kuantan Singi, as well as to find out what efforts are being made to increase the work motivation of the state civil servants (ASN). The formulation of the problem in the study is how the work motivation of the state civil servants at the head office of the Inuman District of Kuantan Singi, the use of the sample in this study, the author determines the sample is saturated sampling where the sampling technique is when a member of the population is used as the sample. This is often done when the population is relatively small, less than 30 people, or the study is intended to generalize with very little error.

 The data analysis used is descriptive quantitative, namely analyzing the data obtained based on questionnaires, observation, documentation. From the results of the study it is concluded that, giving motivation to the office of the inuman sub-district head of the Kuantan Singi district is categorized as good enough, therefore the authors expect the camat to further improve the work of the state civil apparatus supported by the provision of appropriate motivation.
