IMPLEMENTASI PELAYANAN ADMINISTRASI SERTIFIKAT HAK MILIK ATAS TANAH PADA BADAN PERTANAHAN NASIONAL KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Analysis of the First Land Registration Service at the Office of the National Land Agency (BPN) of Kuantan Singingi Regency. Judging from the provision that land registration was initially not an important thing to do, because the priority was the function of land rights, namely in order to provide benefits for the whole community. The type of this research is Survey Research using Population and Sample with a Likert measurement scale and as an information digger with data collection tools with the Questionnaire technique so that it can provide accurate information on this research later based on existing theories.
