EFEKTIVITAS PELAKSANAAN STRATEGI OPERASIONAL PENGEMBANGAN USAHA AGRIBISNI PEDESAAN (PUAP) DI KECAMATAN HULU KUANTAN KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was conducted in Hulu Kuantan District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of the Rural Agribusiness Development Operational Strategy (PUAP) in Hulu Kuantan District. The formulation of the problem in this research is how to implement the Rural Agribusiness Development Operational Strategy (PUAP) in Hulu Kuantan District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique that the researcher uses is purposive sampling. Purposive Sampling is a sampling technique with certain considerations. The number of samples taken in this study was 53 people. The population that the author uses as the object of this research is the Hulu Kuantan sub-district 5 people and the Hulu Kuantan District community involved and considered to understand about Rural Agribusiness Development, amounting to 48 people. The results of the distribution of the questionnaire regarding the Effectiveness of Implementation of Rural Agribusiness Development Operational Strategies (PUAP) in Hulu Kuantan District, Kuantan Singingi Regency show that it is indeed quite good for Rural Agribusiness Development (PUAP) in Hulu Kuantan District which produces an average value of 156 which means it is in the Fairly Good interval. . As well as field observations that show the Effectiveness of Rural Agribusiness Development (PUAP) in Hulu Kuantan District, Kuantan Singingi Regency is Good Enough, it can be seen with this PUAP that farmers are starting to use their unused land for agribusiness activities that will provide income and reduce unemployment in the area.
