Implementasi Kebijakan Penanggulangan Kemiskinan di Desa Mudik Ulo Kecamatan Hulu Kuantan Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi
Abstract
Poverty alleviation is a regional government policy and program that is carried out systematically, planned, and in synergy with the community business world in the form of assistance, guarantees, rehabilitation, and empowerment. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of poverty reduction policies in the homecoming village of Hulu Kuantan, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to implement poverty reduction policies in the homecoming village of Ulu subdistrict, Hulu Kuantan district, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique for the homecoming ulo village apparatus used a saturated sampling technique, ie all the population was sampled, totaling 6 people. And for the people of the homecoming village of Ulo using a random sampling technique, namely the collection of sample members from the population is carried out randomly without regard to the existing strata in the population, in which the number of samples for community elements is 50 people. Analysis of the data used is descriptive quantitative, namely analyzing the data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires. The results of the questionnaire show that the implementation of poverty reduction policies in the homecoming village of Kuantan Singingi Regency which produces an average value of 170 means at Good intervals, as well as field observations which show that the implementation of poverty reduction policies in the homecoming village of Kuantan Singingi Regency has been going well.
