ANALISIS PELAYANAN REKAM MEDIS PADA PENDAFTARAN RAWAT JALAN RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH TELUK KUANTAN KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Teluk Kuantan Regional General Hospital. The purpose of this study was to determine how the analysis of medical record services at the outpatient registration of the Teluk Kuantan General Hospital, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to analyze medical record services at outpatient registration at the Teluk Kuantan General Hospital, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The population in this study amounted to 27 people. The source of research data comes from primary data obtained directly from respondents by filling out questionnaires with guided questions and secondary data directly obtained through the Medical Records of the Teluk Kuantan Regional General Hospital. The data analysis used is quantitative, namely research that emphasizes numerical data. (numbers) processed by statistical methods. Based on the results of research that has been carried out regarding the analysis of medical record services at the outpatient registration of the Teluk Kuantan Regional General Hospital, Kuantan Singingi Regency which produces an average value of 2.34, it means that it is in a good interval. Which means that the medical record service at the outpatient registration of the Teluk Kuantan General Hospital is good.
