Abstract

This research was conducted at Pangean Public Health Center, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how the service during the Covid-19 pandemic was at the Pangean Health Center, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in the research is how is the service during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Pangean Health Center, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique for puskesmas officers used saturated sampling, that is, all of the population were sampled, amounting to 34 people. For community elements who visit Pangean Health Center, Simple Random Sampling is used, ie the sampling of members of the population is carried out randomly without regard to the existing strata in the population. In which the number of samples for elements of society amounted to 44 people. Analysis of the data used is descriptive quantitative, which analyzes the data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires, then processed, and then the author draws conclusions from the results of processing the data. The results of the distribution of questionnaires that have been carried out regarding the Analysis of Services During the Covid-19 Pandemic Period at the Pangean Health Center, Kuantan Singingi Regency which is in the Good interval. Based on the results of the author's observations, the service during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Pangean Health Center is good, the services provided are not much different from before the pandemic, it's just that during the Covid-19 pandemic, services must comply with health protocols, such as the use of masks, washing hands and maintain a distance, the rest of the services are not much different from before the Covid-19 Pandemic.
