IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM TEKNOLOGI TEPAT GUNA (TTG) DALAM PENGELOLAAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DI DESA BERINGIN TALUK KECAMATAN KUANTAN TENGAH KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

Appropriate Technology which is further called TTG is a technology that is in accordance with the needs of the community, can answer community problems, does not damage the environment, can be utilized and maintained by the community easily. The application of Appropriate Technology in the Management of Village Natural Resources in the implementation of the Appropriate Technology (TTG) program and has established appropriate technology service institutions (TTG) in every sub-district and village / village spread in the Kuantan Singingi Regency area. The formulation of the problem in the research is how to apply Appropriate Technology (TTG) in Beringin Taluk Kuantan Village of Kuantan Tengah District of Kuantan Singingi Regency.

The type of research used in this research is a type of qualitative research. The data collection techniques that the authors use are observation techniques, documentation techniques and interview techniques. Data obtained through interviews is processed with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the application of appropriate technology in Beringin Taluk Village of Kuantan Tengah district has been running well, especially two programs that are currently running, namely sewing and borrowing ploughing tools for free to the community while there are still two programs that have not been implemented, namely the GIGADES program (digital administrative service system) and the batik’s program.
