Abstract

This research was conducted in Gunung Toar District, to find out how the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP) for population administration at the Gunung Toar sub-district office, Kuantan Singingi district, the formulation of the problem in the research is how to implement standard operating procedures (SOP) for population administration at the Gunung Toar sub-district office. Toar of Kuantan Singingi Regency. The technique of determining the informants used purposive sampling. Purposive Sampling is a sampling technique with certain considerations, in which the informants used are the Camat and sub-district staff. for the sample of the community, the sample was taken using the Simple Random Sampling technique, namely the sampling of members of the population was carried out randomly without regard to the strata in the population, in which the number of samples for this study amounted to 44 people. The data analysis used is descriptive quantitative and qualitative, quantitative, namely analyzing data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires, then processing, and then the authors draw conclusions from the results of processing the data, and qualitatively through interviews then data reduction, data presentation and then the author draw conclusions. The results of the questionnaire distribution show the Implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in the Population Administration at the Gunung Toar Sub-District Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency which produces a total average value of 116 which means that it is in the Good Enough interval.
