Abstract

This research was conducted in Kopah Village, Central Kuantan District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) in Kopah Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in this research is how to manage village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) in Kopah Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique for this study used the purposive sampling technique, namely the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations, amounting to 4 people. Analysis of the data used is descriptive quantitative, which analyzes the data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires, then processed, and then the author draws conclusions from the results of processing the data. Analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative. Qualitative, namely analyzing data obtained from interviews, then data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions are drawn. The results of this study can be concluded that the Management of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Kopah Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency has been implemented well. This can be seen from the results of interviews with informants in the field which show that the Management (Bumdes) of Village-Owned Enterprises is indeed carried out seriously by the manager so that until now the Bumdes still exists with clean water business units and tent rentals, managers always make reports monthly, and with full responsibility to make an accountability report every year. it's just that there is a shortage of expert human resources for management because bumdes has long planned a new business unit, namely the bottled water business unit, but until now it is still in the process of obtaining a permit.
