IMPLEMENTASI TUGAS DAN FUNGSI BPD BERDASARKAN PASAL 55 UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 6 TAHUN 2014 TENTANG DESA (STUDI KASUS DI DESA SIBERAKUN KECAMATAN BENAI)
Abstract
This research was conducted in Siberakun Village, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of the duties and functions of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in Siberakun Village, Benai District, based on Article 55 of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. The formulation of the problem in the research is the implementation of the duties and functions of the BPD based on Article 55 of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. The sampling technique for village officials and BPD uses the saturated sampling technique, ie all the population is sampled, amounting to 15 people, and for the community using a random sampling technique, namely the taking of sample members from the population is done randomly without regard to the strata that exist in the population. In which the number of samples for elements of society amounted to 43 people. Analysis of the data used is descriptive quantitative, which analyzes the data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires, then processed, and then the author draws conclusions from the results of processing the data. The results of the distribution of questionnaires regarding the Implementation of the Duties and Functions of BPD Based on Article 55 of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages indicate that the Siberakun Village Consultative Body is less than optimal in carrying out its Duties and Functions in accordance with Article 55 of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages which produces an average score 111 means that it is in the Less Good interval. As well as field observations that show that the Village Consultative Body is not good at discussing and agreeing on the Draft Village Regulation with the Village Head, Accommodating and channeling the aspirations of the Village community, and Supervising the performance of the Village Head.
