EVALUASI PENGELOLAAN PELAYANAN PERSAMPAHAN/KEBERSIHAN DI KECAMATAN SINGINGI KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was conducted in Singingi District, to find out how to manage waste/cleaning services in Singingi district. The problem formulation in this research is how to manage waste/cleaning services in Singingi district. The technique of determining the informants used purposive sampling. Purposive Sampling is a sampling technique with certain considerations, in which the informants used are Singingi Camat, Singingi Camat Secretary and Lurah. for the sample of the community, the sample was drawn using the Simple Random Sampling technique, namely the sampling of members of the population was carried out randomly without regard to the strata in the population, in which the number of samples for this study amounted to 44 people. The data analysis used is descriptive quantitative and qualitative, quantitative, namely analyzing data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires, then processing, and then the author draws conclusions from the results of processing the data, and qualitatively through interviews then data reduction, data presentation and then the author draw conclusions. The results of the distribution of the questionnaire show that the Management of Waste/Cleaning Services in Singingi District which produces a total average value of 84 means that it is in the Poor interval. As well as the author's observations and interviews with informants in the field which show that the Management of Waste/Cleaning Services in Singingi District is indeed not good.
