ANALISIS TRANSPARANSI DAN AKUNTABILITAS PENGELOLAAN ALOKASI DANA DESA (ADD) DALAM PENCAPAIAN GOOD GOVERNANCE DI KECAMATAN PANGEAN KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This study aims to determine the transparency and accountability analysis of village fund allocation management in achieving good governance in Pangean district, Kuantan Singingi. This type of research is a descriptive type using qualitative analysis. Data collection techniques used consisted of quwstionnaires and documentation. The technique used in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The data will be compared compared with transparency and accountability indicators to see whether or not they are in accordance with the indicators. The result of this study indicate that the management of village fund allocations in Pangean sub-district is transpararent and accountable, this can be seen from the average village has reached and index percentage of 91.6% to 100%
