PENERAPAN ETIKA BISNIS ISLAM PADA AKTIVITAS PEDAGANG TAMAN JALUR TELUK KUANTAN

Abstract

The research is motivated by the lack of awareness of traders in responding to Islamic business ethics, where they are care about profit compared to getting the pleasure of Allah SWT especially in terms of ethics, where ethics is very necessary in human life in every activity both in society as well other bussines. This study aims to find out how the application of Islamic business ethics to the activities of the trader in Taman Jalur Teluk Kuantan and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in its application. this study use data collection techniques taken by questionnaires, interviews, observations and documentation, then the data processing in this study was analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques using percentages. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the application of Islamic business ethics to the activities of traders in Taman Jalur Teluk Kuantan were good category with a figure of 61,81%. Then for the factor application of Islamic business ethics is that the majority of traders are Moslems and availability of capital and row material and than role of local goverment. While the inhibiting factor is the lack of knowledge of traders about Business Ethics in Islam, both in terms of the application of business ethics and the principles contained in the Islamic Business Ethics.
