ANALISIS REKRUTMEN KARYAWAN PADA PT. SUMBER GRAHA SEJAHTERA (SGS) DI DESA JALUR PATAH KECAMATAN SENTAJO RAYA KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera (SGS) in Jalur Patah Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine how Employee Recruitment at PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera (SGS) in the Jalur Patah Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is How Employee Recruitment at PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera (SGS) in the Jalur Patah Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique used in this research is saturated sampling method, Saturated sampling is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as a sample of 42 people. The results of the study showed that the Recruitment of employees  at PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera (SGS) in the Jalur Patah Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, went very well with an average score of 4,2 which was at intervals of 4,20 – 5,00..
