EVALUASI PERATURAN BUPATI NOMOR 21 TAHUN 2018 TENTANG RETRIBUSI PELAYANAN PASAR DI KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI (STUDI KASUS PASAR TRADISIONAL BERBASIS MODERN TELUK KUANTAN)

Abstract

In this research, the researcher found a problem in regarding the evaluation of market service distribution in Kuantan Singingi regency (Case Study at Modern Based Traditional Market of Teluk Kuantan). Where the implementation of the regent regulation number 21 on 2018 about market service distribution has not been carried out properly, so that the problem was found that the evaluation of the regent regulation number 21 on 2018 about market service distribution in Kuantan Singingi regency (Case Study at Modern Based Traditional Market of Teluk Kuantan). This is due to the lack of awareness of compulsory retribution in paying fees. The purpose of this research was to know the evaluation of regent regulation number 21 0n 2018 about market service distribution in the Kuantan Singingi regency (Case Study of Modern Based Traditional Market of Teluk Kuantan). The type of research is a survey research with a descriptive explanation level using qualitative data analysis. The informants were fiveteen informants consisting of employees of the Departement of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Businesses, Trade and Imdustry. The data collection technique used observation, inteviews, documentation and trianguation. Sampling techniquee were purposive sampling technique and incidental sampling technique. The result of research on the evaluation of the regent regulation number 21 on 2018 about market service distribution in the Kuantan Singingi regency (Case Study Modern Based Traditional Market of Teluk Kuantan) has not done well.
