MANAJEMEN PEMBINAAN NAZHIR WAKAF OLEH KUA KECAMATAN KUANTAN TENGAH

Abstract

The formulation of the problem of this research is how the Management of Nazhir Waqf Development by KUA in Kuantan Tengah sub-district and the obstacles faced by KUA in the management of Nazhir Waqf development. This type of research is qualitative. The data in this study are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation and data analysis techniques with qualitative descriptive methods. From the results of research on the management of nazhir waqf management at KUA, Kuantan Tengah District, they still joined the Ministry of Religion of Kuantan Singingi Regency by forming the Indonesian Waqf Board (BWI) at the Regency level by collecting all nazhir waqf in Kuantan Singingi Regency with limited members to be given an understanding of waqf property management. properly and carried out as intended. Constraints faced by KUA in the Management of Nazhir Waqf Development In issuing AIW: Completeness of waqf land certificates that have not been fulfilled by nazhir, specifically nazhir waqf development has not been carried out, because they are still joined by the Ministry of Religion of Kuantan Singingi Regency, Nazhir's lack of activity in administering waqf assets, management and reporting of waqf assets, and the newly formed District level Indonesian Waqf Board (BWI).
