EVALUASI KINERJA PEMERINTAH DESA DI DESA KOTO RAJO KECAMATAN KUANTAN HILIR SEBERANG KABUAPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

Village government is the implementation of government affairs by the village government in regulating and managing the interests of the community. Performance becomes the initial assessment of whether or not the government succeeds in completing its work program either in the field of village government administration, development, coaching or in community empowerment. The purpose of this research is to find out the performance of the village government in Koto Rajo District Kuantan Hilir Seberang Kuantan Singingi. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the performance of the village government with indicators of Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Alignment, Responsiveness, and Accuracy is quite good in the working environment of the village government in Koto Rajo Village, Kuantan Hilir Seberang District, Kuantan Singingi. On this occasion, researchers suggested that the village government could overcome the shortcomings and continue to improve its performance both in carrying out its duties and obligations in order to prosper the people of Koto Rajo Village.
