ANALISIS SURAT IZIN USAHA PERDAGANGAN DI DINAS PENANAMAN MODAL PELAYANAN TERPADU SATU PINTU DAN TENAGA KERJA (DPMPTSPTK) KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI TAHUN 2021

Abstract

This research was conducted in Gunung Toar District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of the Trading Business License at the One Stop Integrated Service and Manpower Investment Service (DPMPTSPTK) of Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2021. The sampling technique used the Purposive Sampling method. Purposive Sampling is a sampling technique with a certain housing in which the number of informants that the researcher determines is 25 people with the saturated sampling method, where the entire population is sampled. As for this research requires primary data and secondary data. Analysis of the data used is descriptive quantitative, namely analyzing the data obtained from the documentation, then conducted interviews and observations.

               The results obtained from this study are the One Stop Integrated Service and Manpower Investment Service (DPMPTSPTK) Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi has not fully carried out its function as a Licensing Organizing Agency. They have not carried out their duties in the form of service. There are still many people who are dissatisfied and the One-Stop Integrated Service and Manpower Investment Office has not had a review or socialization about their duties as Licensing Operators to the community in the Kuantan Singingi areas.
