PERSEPSI KARYAWAN SAMSAT UPT. TELUK KUANTAN TERHADAP BANK SYARIAH INDONESIA

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the employees of the Teluk Kuantan Samsat Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) perceive Sharia Bank Of Indonesia and to find out what are the factors that influence this perception. This study uses a qualitative descriptive study with the aim of providing a detailed description. This study uses a total sampling technique, the type of research is field research, data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation and data analysis techniques using the percentage formula P=F/(N)x100%. The results of this study are good with a percentage figure of 53.2%, although it shows good results, but the employees of the Samsat Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) Teluk Kuantan do not know the Sharia Bank Of Indonesia as a whole. Then the factors that influence perceptions are the lack of information and socialization to the public, especially to employees of the Samsat Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) Teluk Kuantan.
