ANALISIS PELAKSANAAN BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA SUNGAI SIRIH KECAMATAN SINGINGI (Studi Kasus Program Usaha Ekonomi Desa Simpan Pinjam)

Abstract

This research was conducted in Sungai Sirih Village, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Savings and Loan Village Economic Business Program (UED-SP) at the BUMDes of Sungai Sirih Village, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in this research is how to implement the Savings and Loan Village Economic Business Program (UED-SP) at the BUMDes of Sungai Sirih Village, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The number of samples taken in this study were 54 people. Analysis of the data used is descriptive quantitative, which analyzes the data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires, then processed, and then the author draws conclusions from the results of processing the data. The results of the questionnaire distribution show that the implementation of the Village Economic Business Program Management in the Savings and Loans Unit of the Sungai Sirih Village Owned Enterprises, Singingi District, which at intervals is quite good, where the implementation of the Sungai Sirih Village Owned Enterprises in the Savings and Loan Village Economic Business Program, the complete organizational structure is managed by adequate resources are able to carry out their duties and functions well, the Manager is able to manage Bumdes well enough so that from the formation of this savings and loan business unit it can exist to this day which can be a source of village original income (PAD) in Sungai Sirih village.
