PERAN KEPALA DESA DALAM PEMBUATAN PERATURAN DESA DI DESA PULAU BARU KECAMATAN KUANTAN HILIR SEBERANG KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was conducted in Pulau Baru Village, Kuantan Hilir Seberang District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine how the role of the village head in making village regulations in Pulau Baru village, Kuantan Hilir Seberang district, Kuantan Singingi district. The formulation of the problem in the research is How the Role of the Village Head in Making Village Regulations in Pulau Baru Village, Kuantan Hilir Seberang District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique for village officials and BPD was used saturated sampling technique, where all populations were sampled, where the number of samples for village officials and BPD was 13 people, and for the community using random sampling techniques, namely taking sample members from the population randomly without pay attention to the existing strata in the population. Which number of samples for elements of society amounted to 42 people. The data analysis used is descriptive quantitative, namely analyzing the data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires, then processing them, and then the authors draw conclusions from the results of the data processing.
