ANALISIS PENERAPAN AKAD JU’ALAH DALAM PEROLEHAN KEUNTUNGAN PADA LELANG BOKAR DI KOPERASI APKARKUSI KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research is motivated by how the benefits obtained by APKARKUSI through the implementation of the BOKAR auction. This study aims to determine the mechanism of the BOKAR auction conducted by APKARKUSI. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation and how the ju'alah contract concept is in the auction process from beginning to end. With the terms of the contract, Lafaz contract (Agreement), Ja'il (implementer), Type of Work and wages. Here, the researcher conducted a descriptive qualitative data analysis. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the BOKAR auction mechanism and the implementation in the ju'alah contract are not the same. The ju'alah contract promises a clear wage for someone who is able to complete a job while APKARKUSI does not do a job at the request of another party. The fees paid by the auction winner to APKARKUSI are not referred to as wages which become a profit for APKARKUSI of Rp. 100/kg but as an allowance fund.
