IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM KEBERSIHAN DI DINAS LINGKUNGAN HIDUP KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the cleaning programs in the environmental service, Kuantan Singingi regency. The problem found is that there are still programs that are implemented but not yet smooth in the implementation and implementation of these programs. Like there are still many people who littering, even though garbage disposal has been provided.

         The method of this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Qualitative descriptive research is a study that aims to describe and describe events and phenomena that occur in the field and present data in a systematic, factual, and accurate manner regarding the facts or phenomena that occur in the field. Key informants consisted of 8 people. Data collection is done by observation, interview, documentation techniques. The researcher used source triangulation to check the validity of the research data. Data analysis in this study uses four components consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.
