EVALUASI MANAJEMEN KOMPENSASI PADA PT. TBS (PERSEROAN TERBATAS TRI BAKTI SARIMAS) DI DESA PANTAI KECAMATAN KUANTAN MUDIK KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. TBS (Tri Bakti Sarimas Limited Liability Company) in Pantai Village, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This study aims to determine how the evaluation of compensation management at PT. TBS (Tri Bakti Sarimas Limited Liability Company) in Pantai Village, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency.

This type of research uses a combined research method (mixed methods) between qualitative research and quantitative research. The sampling technique used in this study for HRD staff uses a saturated sampling technique, saturated sampling is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as a sample of 1 person. And for the sampling of employees, simple random sampling is used, namely, taking samples from the population at random without regard to the existing strata in the population, amounting to 56 people.
