ANALISIS PENERIMAAN RETRIBUSI PARKIR TERHADAP PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This study aims to know, (1) the development of the parking restribution’s revenue in Kuantan Singingi Regency from 2016 to 2021, (2) the effectiviness and efficiency of the parking restrtibution’s revenue in Kuantan Singingi Regency from 2016 to 2021, (3) the amount of the contribution of the parking restribution’s revenue toward the original region’s income in Kuantan Singingi Regency from 2016 to 2021. This research is a quantitative descriptive research that is used to strengthen and record each data by using formulas and calculation systematically so that result obtained can be acounted. The population in this study is the Department of Transportation and The Regional Asset Financial Management Agency (BPKAD) Kuantan Singingi Regency. While the sample in this study is the parking retribution data of the Kuantan Singingi Regency.

The result showed that firstly, the growth of parking retribution revenue in Kuantan Singingi Regency from 2016-2020 is an average of 10,19%. This shows that the growth of parking retribution revenue is still low and flucctuates. Second, the effectiveness of parking retribution receipts in Kuantan Singingi regency from 2016-2020 is an average of 41,34%. This shows that parking levies are not effetive bcause their effectiveness is below 75%. Meanwhile the efficiency of parking retribution receipts in Kuantan Singingi Regency from 2016-2020 is an average of 41,29%. This shows that the parking retribution is running efficiently. Third, the contribution of parking retribution receipt to pad in kuantan singingi Regency within a peiod of 5 years from 2016 to 2020 contributed to regional original revenue of Rp. 304.311.000 with a percentage 0f 0,244%.
