GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN PEREMPUAN DI DESA PULAU TONGAH KECAMATAN BENAI KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was conducted in Pulau Tongah Village, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine how the leadership of women in Pulau Tongah Village, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is How the Women's Leadership Style in Pulau Tongah Village, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The population in this study were the people of Pulau Tongah village, amounting to 688 scattered in 3 hamlets with a sample of 87 people. This study uses quantitative research. This data collection method uses observation, questionnaires and documentation. The analysis used is the Guttman scale analysis. The test results show that the people prefer autocratic leadership style 55,17%. Automatic leadership a leader has full control to determine policies and procedures, decide what goals to achieve and supervise all organization of his subordinates.
