Abstract

This research was carried out in Seberang Cengar Village, to find out how the Duties and Functions of Village Apparatus in Implementing Village Administration Duties In Seberang Cengar Village, Kuantan Mudik Subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi Regency, The determination technique for village officials and BPD used saturated sampling technique, which amounted to 14 people, and for the community using random sampling technique, the number of samples for community elements was 42 people. Analysis of the data used is descriptive quantitative quantitative that is analyzing the data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires, then processed, and then the author draws conclusions. The results of the questionnaire distribution show that the Duties and Functions of Village Officials in the Implementation of Village Government Administration Duties in Seberang Cengar Village, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency which results in a total average score of 157 at a Fairly Good interval. Seberang Cengar Village Apparatus Seberang Cengar village government has a complete organizational structure, filled with adequate village officials capable of carrying out their duties and functions, Seberang Cengar Village Apparatus is able to carry out Village Government Administrative Duties quite well, it's just that village apparatus discipline is lacking, service time in a village that hasn't gone the way it should.
