PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN LURAH TERHADAP KINERJA APARATUR KELURAHAN BERINGIN JAYA KECAMATAN SENTAJO RAYA KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was conducted in Gunung Toar District, to find out how the implementation of This research was carried out in the Beringin Jaya Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the Lurah's leadership had on the performance of the Beringin Jaya Village Apparatus, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in this research is how much influence the Lurah's leadership has on the performance of the Beringin Jaya Village Apparatus, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique for the Lurah and Kelurahan Apparatus used a saturated sampling technique, which amounted to 12 people, and for the elements of the community used Simple Random Sampling which amounted to 44 people. The test results show that there is an influence of the village head's leadership on the performance of the Beringin Jaya Village Apparatus, Sentajo Raya District which produces a correlation number of R of 0.442 which means that the Lurah's Leadership on the Performance of the Kelurahan Apparatus has a fairly strong influence. It means that the hypothesis H1 which suspects that the Lurah Leadership Affects the Performance of the Beringin Jaya Village Apparatus, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency is proven to be true.
