EVALUASI SISTEM INFORMASI ADMINISTRASI KEPENDUDUKAN (SIAK) DALAM PEMBUATAN KARTU TANDA PENDUDUK ELEKTRONIK (KTP-EL) PADA DINAS KEPENDUDUKAN DAN PENCATATAN SIPIL KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine how the evaluation of the Population Administration Information System (SIAK) in the making of the Electronic Identity Card (KTP-el) at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in this research is how to evaluate the Population Administration Information System (SIAK) in Making Electronic Identity Cards (KTP-el) at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique for office employees uses the Saturated Sampling technique, ie all the population is sampled with a total of 35 people, and for the community using the Random Sampling technique, which is taking samples from the population at random without regard to the strata that exist in the population. In which the number of samples for elements of society amounted to 96 people. The analysis of the data used is descriptive quantitative, namely analyzing the data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires, then processing, and then the authors draw conclusions from the results of processing the data. The results showed that the Evaluation of the Population Administration Information System (SIAK) in Making Electronic Identity Cards (KTP-el) at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Kuantan Singingi Regency which resulted in an average value of 173 meaning that it was in the Good interval.
