KOMPETENSI APARATUR DESA DALAM MELAKSANAKAN ADMINISTRASI PEMERINTAHAN DESA BERINGIN TALUK KECAMATAN KUANTAN TENGAH KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was conducted in the village of Beringin Taluk, Central Kuantan District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how the Competence of the Village Apparatus in Implementing the Administration of the Beringin Taluk Village Government, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in the research is how the Competence of Village Apparatus in Implementing the Administration of the Beringin Taluk Village Government is, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique that the researcher uses is purposive sampling. Purposive Sampling is a sampling technique with certain considerations, totaling 5 informants. The data analysis used is descriptive qualitative, qualitative, namely analyzing data obtained from interviews, then data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions are drawn. The results of this study can be concluded that the Competence of the Village Apparatus in Implementing the Administration of the Beringin Taluk Village Government, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency has been implemented quite well. This can be seen from the results of interviews with informants in the field who show that the Competence of the Village Apparatus in Implementing Village Government Administration is quite good, although the Competence of the Village Apparatus is good enough but there are still problems with the discipline of the village apparatus and to improve Government Administration training is needed to improve capacity of village officials, especially village administration.
