IMPLEMENTASI PERATURAN BUPATI NO. 42 TAHUN 2020 TENTANG PENERAPAN DISIPLIN DAN PENEGAKAN HUKUM PROTOKOL KESEHATAN DI KECAMATAN KUANTAN TENGAH KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

The Regulation of the Regent of Kuantan Singingi Number 42 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Discipline and Law Enforcement of Health Protocols was formalized by the Government as an Effort for Prevention and Control of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19), The formulation of the problem in the research is how to implement the Regulation of the Regent of Kuantan Singingi No. 42 of 2020 concerning the Implementation Discipline and Law Enforcement of Health Protocols as an Effort to Prevent and Control Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), CHAPTER III IMPLEMENTATION, Part One Implementing, Article 3 implementing discipline for health protocols and controlling Covid-19 for individuals. This type of research is a qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. This research uses observation, interview and documentation data collection methods. The results of the research from the Implementation of the Regulation of the Regent of Kuantan Singingi No. 42 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Discipline and Law  Enforcement of Health Protocols in Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency have not been implemented properly.
