Abstract

The purpose of study was to analyze the function of Dpmptsptk in issuing permits for lpg gas business premises in GunungToar sub -district. This type of research is qualitive research. As for the problem of this research. There are severa

irresponsible people or entities who still do not register their lpg gas business permits to the Dpmptsptk. The data collecton technique that the writer uses in this research is descriptive qualitive method, namely the analysis writer describes the words in which the writer then analyzesthe data and relates in to theory and then draws conclusions and suggestins. The focus of this research is to the analyze the function of Dpmptsptk in issuing permits for lpg gas acces in GunungToar District, KuantanSingingi Regency. The research method in data collection was done by interview method and it can be concluded that the function of the Dpmptsptk in issuing lpg gas business permit in GunungToar District, KuantanSingingiDistcrit has been good, this is proven by the number of lpg gas bases in GunungToarDistrit, KuantanSingingi District that have registered business license to Dpmptsptk.
