ANALISIS PENINGKATAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DALAM PENGELOLAAN BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA (BUMDes) KARYA MANDIRI DI DESA BENAI KECIL KECAMATAN BENAI KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to improve human resources in the management of Karya Mandiri Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Benai Kecil Village, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Researchers found a problem that human resource development has not been implemented optimally. This is due to the lack of understanding and skills of the management or managers in running BUMDes, and there are still low-educated administrators who are not placed in accordance with their respective fields. The research method used by the researcher is the Qualitative Method with a Descriptive Approach. The data collection methods used are: Interview, Observation, and Documentation. From the research results, the development of resources in improving BUMDes in Benai Kecil Village, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency has not run optimally.
