ANALISIS KINERJA TENAGA KESEHATAN PADA UPTD KESEHATAN PUSKESMAS KECAMATAN GUNUNG TOAR KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

Puskesmas is one of the government agencies that plays an important role in providing health services to the community, where puskesmas are required to improve the quality of performance in providing services to the community. The services that must be provided must be able to provide satisfaction to the community so that it can be used as an assessment material for service elements that still need improvement and become a driving force for each service provider unit to improve service quality. Because service is a process of fulfilling needs through activities provided to other people which are held individually or jointly in an organization that aims to maintain and improve the welfare of the community. Efforts to improve the performance of health workers in health centers are very important because of various aspects related to efforts to improve health services.This study aims to determine how the performance of health workers at the Puskesmas Gunung Toar District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This study uses a descripive research method with a qualitative approach. The techniques used in data collection are interviews, observation, documentation and triangulation. To determine the performance of health workers has been going well, there are two indicators of performance measures, namely: ability and motivation. This results of the research on the performance of health workers at the UPTD of the Puskesmas Gunung Toar District were good.
