Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) have an important role in advancing the economy in Indonesia. Apart from being one of the alternative new employment opportunities, micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) also play a role in overcoming the problem of poverty and encouraging the rate of economic growth. In accordance with the government's commitment that the development of small businesses in an area is a concrete step to address manpower problems in a region. To make these efforts so that micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) in The Koperasi Dinas, Small, Medium Enterprises, Trade, And Industry, District Kuantan Singingi are able to compete and act as a strong and independent business entity or entrepreneur, strong capital is needed, therefore the Kuantan Singingi Regency Government opens access to development. capital strength in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2008 concerning Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. The purpose of writing this Final Project is to determine the Analysis of the Empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in The Koperasi Dinas, Small, Medium Enterprises, Trade, And Industry, District Kuantan Singingi Regency. Data collection methods in this final project are observation / observation, interview, and documentation. Research location in The Koperasi Dinas, Small, Medium Enterprises, Trade, And Industry, District Kuantan Singingi, Kuantan Singingi Regency
