Abstract

This research was conducted at the Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Teluk Kuantan. The purpose of this study was to determine how responsiveness of services at the Interne Polyclinic at the Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Teluk Kuantan, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the responsiveness of services at the Internal Clinic polyclinic in the Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Teluk Kuantan, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The population in this study amounted to 29 people with a purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data used is quantitative, namely research that emphasizes numerical data (numbers) which are processed by statistical methods. Based on the results of research that has been done regarding the Service Responsiveness at the Internal Polyclinic at the Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Teluk Kuantan which produces an average value of 2.28, it means that it is at a Good interval. Which means that service responsiveness at the Internal Polyclinic at the Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Teluk Kuantan is Good.
