IMPLEMENTASI REKOMENDASI PEMBUATAN KARTU TANDA PENDUDUK ELEKTRONIK (KTP-EL) DI KANTOR CAMAT HULU KUANTAN KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was conducted at the sub-district office of Hulu Kuantan, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This study aims to find out how to make e-KTP at the Hulu Kuantan sub-district office. To find out and analyze how communication, human resources, position, organizational structure in the implementation of recommendations for making identity cards (KTP-el) at the sub-district office of Hulu Kuantan, the type of research conducted is descriptive qualitative. The informants of this study were 42 people using purposive sampling technique. Primary data sources came from interviews and secondary data sources came from archives and documents.. Based on the results of research in the field, it can be seen that the implementation of recommendations for making EL-KTP at the sub-district office of Hulu Kuantan, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Good implementation has been achieved.
