PERANAN KEPALA DESA DALAM PEMANFAATAN KEKAYAAN DESA DI DESA PERHENTIAN LUAS KECAMATAN LOGAS TANAH DARAT KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

The aim this research to determine clearly the role og village belong to construction of wealt village in Perhentian Luas, Logas Tanah Darat, District Kuantan Singingi.

            This research is seen from its objectives including qualitative descriptive research. The research Location is in Perhentian Luas Village, Logas Tanah Darat District, of research is in Perhentian Luas Village, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The data sources namely the results of interviews with Village Heads, BPD Members and Hamlet Heads who manage Village Wealth along with community leader who supervise and assess the performance of the Village government in managing Village wealth. Secondary data sources are books, literature,legislation, reports, archives, and from the internet. After the data obtained qualitative data analysis was carried out with an interactive model.

            Based on the results of the research and discussion it was concluded that the Village head of the Perhentian Luas plays a role in managing Village wealth which includes Village treasury land. In addition, the Village Head of Perhentian Luas also plays a role in determining off rent to the community. Wealth management. The Village faces obstacles because the Village Head and Village apparatus are not optimal in managing the Village treasury land. The less than optimal role of the development committee and the village head in collaborating and socializing with the community and managing Village wealth, and lack of transparency in providing accountability repots on Village wealt management in the from of APBDes.
