Abstract

This research was conducted at the One Stop Integrated Investment Service and Manpower of Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out how the Licensing Services Based on Integrated Services Information Systems at the Investment Office of One Stop Integrated Services and Workforce in Kuantan Singingi Regency Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in this research is How to Licensing Services Based on Integrated Services Information Systems at the Investment Office of One Stop Services and Workforce in Kuantan Singingi Regency Kuantan Singingi Regency. Sampling technique for employees using saturated sampling technique, i.e. all populations are sampled, amounting to 38 people, and for the public service users, using the Accidental Sampling technique is a sampling technique based on coincidence, namely users of licensing services that incidentally / incidentally meet with which researchers set at 42 people. The results of the distribution of the questionnaire show that the Integrated Service Information System-Based Licensing Service at the One Stop Investment Service and Manpower Services of Kuantan Singingi Regency which produces a total average value of 268 means that it is at a Good interval, it's just that there are network problems that are sometimes not good, as well as Officers who are sometimes absent.
