Abstract

The purpose of this study was (1) to find out the process used by BPJS in recruiting employees in Kuantan Singingi Regency, (2) to determine whether the recruitment process was going well or not. The problem of this research is that it is not optimal in conducting the employee recruitment process, namely: the cost of job advertisements is too expensive, the quality of the applicants does not match the criteria being sought, and the candidates resign at the last minute. As for the informants in this study were 3 BPJS members and 1 branch head. The data collection technique was carried out by methods 1) Observation, 2) Interview, 3) Documentation, 4) Triangulation. After the data has been collected, it is grouped according to the type and source of the data and then analyzed in a descriptive qualitative manner. Based on the results of data analysis and research discussion as well as the elaboration of each of the dimensions and theories used, the researcher draws the conclusion that the recruitment process for employees of the social security administering agency in Kuantan Singingi Regency has been running optimally.
