ANALISIS PRAKTEK SEWA MENYEWA LAHAN UNTUK PERTAMBANGAN EMAS (Studi Kasus Desa Petapahan Kecamatan Gunung Toar)

Abstract

Land leasing is an activity that is often undertaken by the people of Petapahan Village, this land rental activity is used for gold mining. In the practice of leasing this land, we see how the community's understanding of ijarah is in the practice of gold mining. This type of research is qualitative, namely research that uses data collection and interviews. The data collected in this study came from primary sources, namely people who carry out leasing activities. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and libraries. From the results of the research that the author did, it can be concluded that the people of Petapahan Village have not carried out land leasing activities for gold mining in accordance with the conditions in ijarah, where the implementation has not been carried out properly because there are still losses to one party.
