Abstract

This research was conducted at BUMDes, Kampung Baru Sentajo Village, Sentajo Raya District. The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages in Kampung Baru Sentajo Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency (Case Study Article 87 Paragraph 2 and 3). The formulation of the problem in the research is How to Implement Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages in Kampung Baru Sentajo Village (Case Study Article 87 Paragraph 2 and 3). Informant determination technique that researchers use purposive sampling. Purposive Sampling is a technique of determining the sample with certain considerations totaling 4 people. The analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative, namely analyzing the data obtained from the results of interviews, then data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions are drawn. The results show that the implementation of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages in Kampung Baru Sentajo Village, (Case Study Article 87 Paragraphs 2 and 3) has been implemented properly. This can be seen from the results of interviews with informants in the field which show that Village-Owned Enterprises (Bumdes) Management is indeed carried out based on the law, where Bumdes is managed in a spirit of kinship and mutual cooperation, Bumdes can run businesses in the economy and/or public services. in accordance with the provisions of the legislation. Even though it is managed in a family spirit, Bumdes applies rules and policies regarding business units, such as the savings and loan business unit, prospective beneficiaries must meet administrative requirements, guarantees, sanctions and others.
