IMPLEMENTASI PELAYANAN BPJS KESEHATAN DI UPTD KESEHATAN PUSKESMAS CERENTI KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Cerenti Health Center UPTD Health. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of BPJS services at the UPTD Health at Cerenti Public Health Center, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is How the Implementation of BPJS Healt services in the Health UPTD of the Cerenti Healt Center. The sampling technique for the Head of UPTD Health and Medical Personnel used a saturated sampling technique, that is, all populations were sampled, totaling 4 people, and for BPJS Kesehatan participant patients using a random sampling technique, namely taking members of the sample from the population at random without paying attention to existing strata in that population, where the number of samples for BPJS Kesehatan patient elements is 44 people. The data analysis used is descriptive quantitative, which analyze the data obtaine from the results of distributing questionnaires.
