PEMAHAMAN MASYARAKAT MUSLIM DESA MARSAWA TERHADAP PRAKTIK HUTANG PIUTANG PADA BUMDES SEROJA DI DESA MARSAWA KECAMATAN SENTAJO RAYA
Abstract
This study aims to find out how the practice of debt and receivables in Seroja Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Marsawa Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency and to determine the understanding of the Muslim community in Marsawa Village about usury on the practice of debt and receivables at Seroja BUMDes in Marsawa Village. This study uses a qualitative descriptive study with the aim of providing a detailed description. The type of research is field research, data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation and data analysis techniques using the percentage formula P=F/(N)x100%. The result of this research is that there is an influence of people's understanding of usury on the behavior of accounts payable. However, the level of public understanding of usury in debt and receivable activities is still very low. Because, people claim to know usury but still do debts that contain elements of usury. People only know what usury is but do not understand what usury is. So it is necessary for the scholars and scholars to provide an understanding so that the public knows clearly that any additional type taken from the loan is forbidden.
