Abstract

This study aims to determine the Performance Analysis of Employees of the Technical Sub-Section and Public Participation Relations (Hupmas) at the General Election Commission Office of Kuantan Singingi Regency. Judging from the provision that the relationship between community participation is very low. The type of this research is Survey Research using Population and Sample with a Likert measurement scale and as an information digger with data collection tools with the Questionnaire technique so that it can provide accurate information on this research later based on existing theories.
