EFEKTIVITAS KERJA PERANGKAT DESA DI DESA PULAU GODANG KECAMATAN KUANTAN TENGAH KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

Work effectiveness is a condition that indicates the level of success of management activities in achieving goals. The success rate includes the quantity of work, good quality of work and timeliness in completing the work.. The purpose of this research in general is to find out how the Work Effectiveness of Village Apparatus Work in Pulau Godang Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. The population and samples used in this study were all village officials in Pulau Godang Village, members of the BPD Pulau Godang. Data collection methods used in this study were questionnaire, observation, and documentation methods. Analysis of the data used is descriptive data analysis with the measurement used is the Rikert Scale. Research location in Pulau Godang Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The results of the research on the Work Effectiveness of Village Apparatus Work in Pulau Godang Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency in the Quite Effective category
