Analisis Kinerja Pemerintah Kelurahan Sungai Jering Kecamatan Kuantan Tengah Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi

Abstract

The problem in this research is that in the Sungai Jering Village Head Office, the performance of the village administration is still not good. This study aims to find out how the performance of village government in carrying out their duties. Performance is a preliminary assessment of the success or failure of the village government in carrying out its duties. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the performance of the Sungai Jering Village Government, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Researchers found that there were employees at the Sungai Jering Village Head Office who did not enter the office according to their schedule, the lack of computers and printers in the Lurah Office, causing poor performance. The type of research used in this research is qualitative and quantitative research or a mixture where this qualitative research is about descriptive research and tends to use analysis with the informants, namely the Village Head, Secretary of the Village Head, Section Head, and staff, while quantitative research is numerical research. with the population and sample, namely the community of Sungai Jering village. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation. From the results of the study, it was concluded that the performance of Sungai Jering village employees was quite good.
