IMPLEMENTASI FUNGSI BADAN PERMUSYAWARATAN DESA (BPD) DI DESA PANTAI KECAMATAN KUANTAN MUDIK KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was conducted in Pantai Village, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of the function of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in Pantai Village, Kuantan Mudik District. The formulation of the problem in this research is the implementation of the function of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in Pantai Village, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique for village officials and BPD used purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques. Analysis of the data used is descriptive quantitative, namely analyzing data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires, then processed, and then the author draws conclusions from the results of processing the data. The results of the distribution of the questionnaire regarding the Implementation of the Function of BPD in Pantai Village, Kuantan Mudik Subdistrict, Kuantan Singing Regency, showed that the Coastal Village Consultative Body was less than optimal in carrying out its functions, which resulted in an average score of 2.16, meaning that it was in the Poor interval. As well as field observations which show that the Village Consultative Body is not good at discussing and agreeing on the Draft Village Regulation with the Village Head, Accommodating and channeling the aspirations of the Village community, and Supervising the performance of the Village Head.
